Matcha Waffles with Raspberry Coulis



Indulge in a healthy and delicious breakfast with these gluten-free and paleo matcha waffles topped with a vibrant raspberry coulis. The matcha adds a unique twist to the classic waffle, and the coulis adds a burst of fruity flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:

Mix matcha powder, baking powder, salt, and almond flour in a bowl with a whisk

Add the eggs, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract to a different bowl and mix them together using a whisk

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until everything is well mixed

Warm up your waffle iron and use cooking spray or coconut oil to grease it

Place the waffle iron that has already been heated with the waffle batter and cook it according to the maker's directions until it is golden and crispy

Put fresh raspberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth while the waffles are cooking

Put some raspberry coulis on top of the matcha waffles at the table

Raspberries and matcha waffles that are gluten-free and paleo that you can enjoy!
