Roasted Vegetable Pizza



This Roasted Vegetable Pizza is a flavorful and satisfying option for veggie lovers. The combination of roasted vegetables, melted cheese, and a crispy crust makes it a delightful treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed roasted vegetables e

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want

Place the dough on a pizza stone or a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper

Put tomato sauce all over the dough, leaving a little space around the edges for the crust

Add some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce

Spread the roasted vegetables out evenly on top of the cheese

Put olive oil on top of the vegetables and then add salt, pepper, and dried oregano

It should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned

Grate some Parmesan cheese on top of the pizza while it's still hot from the oven

Add some fresh basil leaves as a garnish

After the pizza has cooled down for a while, cut it up and serve
