This Crock Pot Maple Brown Sugar Ham recipe makes a tender, flavorful ham with a sweet maple glaze that is very easy to make. Great for holidays or any other special event!
Ingredients:
- 5-6 lb bone-in ham
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
Place ham in slow cooker
In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard
Pour over ham
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours
Halfway through cooking, baste ham with juices
Once cooked, remove ham from slow cooker and let rest
In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry
Add to slow cooker juices
Cook on high for 15-20 minutes, or until thickened, stirring occasionally
Slice ham and serve with sauce
