Deviled Eggs Recipe for Deviled Egg Bar Party!



Deviled eggs are a classic party favorite, and with this recipe, you can create a fun Deviled Egg Bar for your guests to customize their own delicious bites. Creamy and slightly spicy, these deviled eggs are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Chopped chives for garnish
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions:

Put the eggs in a saucepan in a single layer and cover them with water

Over medium-high heat, bring the water to a boil

Then, turn down the heat to low and let it cook for 10 minutes

Take the eggs out of the water and put them in a bath of ice for five minutes to cool down

Take off the shells and cut the eggs in half down the middle

Take the egg yolks out and put them in a bowl

With a fork, mash the egg yolks

Then, add the Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and mayonnaise

Mix until everything is well mixed and smooth

Add the yolk mixture back to the egg whites with a spoon or a pipe

Add some chopped chives and paprika on top to finish
